We won’t be long today. Yesterday, we asked you to pick a habit for the purpose of changing it, on your path to better sleep.

Now, we’re only going to remind you to stick with it. Starting something isn’t easy, especially if it goes against a routine you used to enjoy. But you’re not changing your entire life. Just this one thing.
